New to CrossFit?

Looking to get started with your first CrossFit classes? All you need is On Ramp!

On Ramp is our 10 hour introductory course to help athletes learn to move safely and efficiently with all of the movements we do in CrossFit classes.

Standard class times are one hour long, instructed by a CrossFit credentialed coach and run every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. We offer one morning class at 6:15am and one evening class at 7:15pm.

If you can’t make it to either of these times, let us know and we can set you up 1-on-1 with a coach where you work together to customize your On Ramp schedule. Working 1-on-1 also allows us to teach you more quickly, so we usually get done in 6 hours.

Standard On Ramp – $185*
1-on-1 On Ramp – $300*
