-Singles, pause between the clean and the jerk

Metcon:
Accumulate 100 Kettlebell Swings 70/53lbs
-Every time you stop swinging (even if you don’t set the KB down) do 10 Burpees and 20ft HS Walk/2 Wall Walks

Accessory Work:
13 min AMRAP:
Ascending Snatch ladder (1, 2, 3, etc) @ 70%
8 Chest to Bars
8 Toes to Bar
