Metcon:

5-4-3-2-1 Sandbag Cleans (150/100)

Accessory Work:
3 sets of 14 barbell front rack step ups (20in)
Snatch Deadlift 3×3 @115% of 1RM snatch

Mobility:
Single leg seated saddle stretch- 1 min each
Straddle stretch – 2 min (use rig to assist)
