Skill/Strength:
Every 2 min for 5 Rounds
3 Unbroken Touch n Go Power Snatches
-Start at 70% and add load each round if successful at hanging on for all 3 reps
-Don’t be a dink and add weight if you have to stop and reset each rep!

-15 Handstand Pushups between each round (4 total sets in the workout)

Accessory Work:
2 Sets
5 Bench Press at 65% + 5 Strict Pull Up
3 Bench Press at 75% + 3 Strict Pull Up
1 Bench Press at 85% + 1 Strict Pull Up
-Rest 2 min between sets
-Add 5% on round 2

Mobility:
3 min trap smash per side
