Every 2:15 for 8 Rounds
1 Clean Pull + 1 Squat Clean, doesn’t need to be touch n go, but don’t let go of the bar
-Start at 75% and add load each round

6 Alt Front Rack Lunges 115/85lbs

Mandatory Mobility:
