WOD 130311

Funny thing after I wrote about eating your broccoli & steak Saturday night a blog that I subscribe to popped up in my email Broccoli’s Not Enough and I thought to myself I guess we’ll see! Sure as the day is long the athletes that did it crushed it today and mentioned to me numerous times how much broccoli they ate…..very proud as well. So the moral of the story is don’t let someone dictate your opinions but see for yourself and form your own damn opinion. The blog is written by Spencer Arnold and I suggest you subscribe to it, he’s an excellent coach & athlete who just needs to give broccoli a chance
