And back down the ladder to
Double Unders are to be unbroken. Must complete each level before moving onto the next and when you complete a level you must start over at zero. Example: complete 5 unbroken DU’s then rest and attempt 10 UB DU’s and when 10 complete rest and move on to 15. Scale this with singles if need be but I’d rather see 1 DU, 2 DU, 3 DU up to 10 and back down. The only way to get DU’s is to do them.
