WOD 131111

In honor of Veteran’s Day we will be rucking today for our WOD.
Grab a Pack, a Dumbell, a bumper plate or nothing at all and start moving. We will be rucking 800m at a time. Record how many 800m rounds you completed at the end of class. While rucking please keep a left, left, left-right-left pace.
For every 22 miles we complete today CrossFit Green Bay will make a donation to HOOHA, Inc. and we will help support them in doing what their name stands for – Helping Out Our American Heroe
For anyone interested and able
HOOHAH, Inc. will be rucking 22 miles today starting at 9am from Lambeau Field to make light of the fact that the most recent study shows an average of 22 U.S. Veterans commit suicide every day. This is unacceptable and our Veterans deserve a better future than this.
Keep moving and let’s take this day to honor our true Heroes
