WOD 131113

Treat your training like building an addition onto your house. If you don’t have the supplies to do it nothing changes but if you have your lumber(meat, protein), nails(fruits & vegetables, carbohydrates) and hammer(almonds, oils, etc., fat) before you know it you have the finest structure on the block.

1.) 5 x 3 Snatch from blocks at hang position (bar directly above knee
2.) WOD
3 Round
10 Clean & Jerk 155/105lb (50%
Run 400
Extra credit
1.) Push Press 10-8-6-6-4-4-2-2-1-1(PR
2.) For 30 minutes Row 1 min sprint 1 minute at 50%
3.) Immediately following the Row complete 50 Burpees for time
