Thrusters can be rested in rack or oh position. If set down at any time during the 15 reps start back over at zero. Choose weight wisely

ME HSPU (kipping or strict
2.) Without touching the ground with your feet max rope climbs in 10 minutes to 15 feet. Once you touch the ground it’s over. Stop approx 1 foot above the floor and go back up.
