Congratulations to Mike and Tera. Here's to many years of burpees together.

1.) 30 minutes to establish 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Use no more than 10 reps to get to your PR attempt. Clock will start at 10 minutes after class start and at 30 minutes lifting is DONE so manage your time.
No more than 3 misses per lift
2.) WOD
15 minute AMRAP
20 Double Unders
15 Burpees
5 Box Jumps 36/30
 
1.) Clean Pull – 3 x 3 @ 105%
2.) back Squat 5 x 2 @ 70%

Free w/ Michelle, Crystal, Shannon and Heather ~3100m and 308 burpees (I was the weakest link at 46 wahhhh :( but thanks to everyone else, we got 1st!!!) Then worked on HSPUs, DUs = 11UB PR!!!!!, PU work and then joined Charlie for a 30 minute row. Rest time.
