On Ramp begins today! It is one of the most exciting times ever in this gym and it will be a great atmosphere for you to attain all of your goals. If you want to get in and haven't contacted us show up at either 6:15am or 7:15pm. This is open and within the ability of every last one of you so put your ego aside and walk through our doors. It all starts today…..
Next Sunday we are hosting Team Triumph Fundraiser. We need to raise $5,000 to buy a new chair for this organization. CrossFit One Shot ran a fundraiser a few weeks back for the same cause and now we are next up. We will be running from 8-12pm on Sunday. We are looking for 2 man, 2 woman or co-ed teams to complete Partner Fran, 1.5 mile Captains Run, and Partner Grace. Cost is going to be 25 bucks per team. I want to see every member that is available next Sunday to find a partner and sign up. Sheet will be up tomorrow. (Justin, get on that sign up sheet:) We will be running heats every 30 minutes. Thank you.

1.) :00-:10 Run 1 mile for warm-up. If a 10-minute mile is not a warm-up for you quite yet then run an 800-1000m. Arm circles and the occasional squats along the way.
:10-:20 15 reps Snatch, pick 1 weight
:20-:30 Run 800m for time
:30-:40 15 reps Clean & Jerk, pick 1 weight
:40-:50 Run 400m for time
:50-1:00 45 UB Thrusters 95/65lb, if you break 21 pull-ups first time you break, 15 pull-ups second, 9 third, 6 4th, 3 5th and after that? Well, don’t set the bar down anymore.
Rest with any remainder time and get your equipment set up for next 10 minute segment.
*2) 3 rounds
800m Log carry
25 Burpees
*3.) 200m or 15 min Handstand walk whichever comes first
*4.) Cycle 3 times
20 GH raises
10m Plate carry 45/35lb
10 Strict Pull-up
