Saturday is a very special day. Not only are we having our FREE 8:15am class that anyone can come and try out, but we are also welcoming back a very special man to the gym: GRANT!
Our fearless leader is going to be back in WI and ready to kick some butt, and by that I mean all of ours!
For those of you that have joined the gym since Grant has been gone, you're in for a treat! One of the most dedicated and focused coaches around is about to take your fitness to the next level.
Welcome back, Grant!

1. 30 min to find 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk
2. Every 3 minutes for 5 total rounds
Run 200m
10 OHS 95/65
10 HSPU
-Rest the remaining amount of time in the 3 min
-If you do not finish in 3 min, start over at the beginning for the next round
*3. 200 Double Unders for time
