WOD 141126

Thanksgiving-closed
Friday (28th) – One class at 9:00am we will be doing:
Clovis
For time:
Run 10 miles
150 Burpee pull-ups
Partition the run and burpee pull-ups as needed.
Plan on roughly 2-2.5 hours to complete. Do it individually, with a partner or however many you please.
 
I started CrossFit Green Bay because I believe that there are no average humans, just humans that have had average leaders leading them down an average path.
