12 Days of CrossFitmas

Rolling schedule today 5:15am-10:15am. Last group to start no later than 10:15am, we want to be all closed up by noon. Just to verify rolling schedule means show up any time between those hours. Let the festivities begin!

The WOD goes just like the song…. On the first day of CrossFitmas my coach gave to me 1 Rope cliiiiimb, On the second day of CrossFitmas my coach gave to me 2 hand stand push ups and 1 rope cliiiiiimb and so on all the way to day 12!
