WOD 15.1/15.1A showdown Sunday at 1pm.  Please come and take part in one of the coolest things we do all year.  It is CrossFit in its purest form.
1.) 5 rounds
Row 20 cal.
1 Clean & Jerk, you are allowed 1 miss per lift.  If missed twice move back to the rower to start next round.
This not a timed workout.
Following final Clean & Jerk
Record all made lifts and DU time
100 DU’s for time
2.) 7 minutes hollow rock/superman
3.) Shoulder mobility
