Jynx

Are you ever amazed by the stuff you do here?  I’m not at all because I get to see all the work you put it.  Through frustrations and a few tears you don’t quit.  You just keep trying and redefining your movement and you mindset.  There is a growing pandemic in this country that being successful is somehow wrong because of money but it’s not the money of success that makes success so important to human kind.  Success creates confidence and makes us want to do better and to just plain and simple be better. Don’t be embarrassed that you have a goal to lift a certain load or do 50 unbroken pull-ups because people on social media tell you it’s stupid or make fun of it.  Lift that weight and do those pull-ups and see how success spills over into all other areas of your life.  The naysayers will never stop and neither will we.
1.) 5 rounds of each couplet.  Clock will start running at :25 minutes and go until :55.  Add load each round working up to something nice and not so light.
5 Back Squat 5 Strict Pull-ups, every 2 minutes for 10 minutes, 5 strict
then:
4 Strict Shoulder Press 25 double unders, every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
then:
3 Deadlift 20 Push-ups, every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
*2.) Cycle through 3 times with a 9 minute running clock
1 minute ME Power Snatch 75/55lb
1 minute ME Rope Climb
1 minute ME Thruster 115/75lb
*3.) 30 cal Row
2 minute Deadlift hold
30 Strict HSPU
Do not accumulate time if the bar is set down.
4.) 55 GHD Sit-ups
