WOD 151025

Well that was one hell of a day. CrossFit Green Bay you done me proud at the Gauntlet. You moved like angels, seriously. During the Snatch workout I felt like CFGB was putting on a weightlifting clinic, it was cool. Congrats to all the the teams taking a home a few firsts, a second and a third as well as a few that made the final heat not quite making the podium. Like I said one hell of a day. Now onto the really cool thing Ra Linda ran the fall 50 this year. You catch that? The Fall 50…..the whole thing…..in like 10:20. That's a pretty big accomplishment in my book. I was talking with her last night after I left the after comp party and she told me she felt surprisingly ok. 50 miles and you feel good? She said it was thanks to CrossFit. I'm not taking anything away from CrossFit because this shit works but I informed her that I believed it was thanks to her. Without drive, without passion CrossFit is just another workout but when you choose to accept CrossFit as the ultimate game changer of your health you've just given yourself access to every tool your body will offer you. Tools to run a marathon, lift things, carry things, throw things, etc. I am very proud of this gym and all of you fine people that allow me be your coach. Awesome stuff! Ok enough with my rambling, congrats on your day everyone and Ra Linda I don't even like driving 50 miles…ugh.
Have a great Sunday.
Want to say thank you from everyone at CFGB including myself to CrossFit DePere. Fine job today, flowed very nicely.
