The Kaiser

Let me be frank here. I’m mean and I don’t mean to be. I always tell my coaches and anyone that’ll listen that if you find yourself exposing a flaw on someone be prepared to help them correct said flaw. For instance I often tell people they are fat not because I want to insult them but honestly I believe honesty is the first step to helping them out of their funk. I shout, I yell, I poke fun(sometimes too much of this one) but know this I really, really love you guys and want you to be happy. So if I by chance at some point make you unhappy and odds are good I will, please let me know right away. That goes with any experience good or bad that stands out in your mind at CFGB, let me know. As I am honest with all of you I ask you to return the favor because we all know you can’t fix something you don’t realize is broken. 
Oh and I’m starting to name WOD’s. Got bored with all the numbers so now just random dumb names so if you got any random dumb names for the WOD’s let me know.
1.) The Kaiser 
14 minute AMRAP 
1 Rope Climb 
100m Sprint 
10 Handstand Push-ups 
1 Deadlift 355/250lb 

*2.) Power Snatch 65/3, 70/3×2, 75/3 
Percentages based off 1RM Snatch 

*3.) Power Clean 65/3, 70/3, 75/2×2 

*4.) Clean Pull 80/3, 85/3, 90/2, 95/2 

*5.) Front Squat 75/4, 80/3×3, 85/3×2 
3,4&5 based off 1RM Clean & Jerk 

*6.) Row Session 
10 minute warm up and 15 minute cool down concentrate on keeping a consistent stroke per minute rate during this time 
1 x 5k as fast as possible while maintaining a 26 strokes per minute rate. 
7.) 50 GHD Sit-ups, add 5 every time you pause
