2015 was a very good year. CFGB has grown into a new facility, a couple new coaches, a bunch of new athletes, another regional qualifying team, more horrible workouts than I care to think about but most importantly we’ve grown as a family. Through good times and bad we’ve forged ahead to create one of the top CrossFit boxes in the world. So thank you all for a great year and here’s to 2016 being our greatest year yet!
