Club Kid

I was driving home from drill this afternoon with my windows rolled down and was driving by two young kids walking across the street. The younger of the two boys was shouting some words towards my open windows. It was just a dumb kid I thought at the same time though I was a little baffled at why a kid would ever be like that to a member of the military. Just as I thought all was lost with our younger generation I looked in the rear view mirror and watched as the older boy slapped the younger boy across the back of the head. I smiled.

1.) 20 minutes to establish a 20 RM Back Squat
note: Bar must not be racked until all 20 reps are complete. You will be repeating this 1 to 2 times a week for a while adding load each week so pick a weight you will be able to complete 20 reps i.e. do not fail. You can add load next time accordingly.
2.) Club Kid
100 Bar Facing Burpees
Beginning of every minute complete 5 Thrusters 95/65lb
Note: you must do 5 thrusters every minute. 
*3.) 3 rounds for time
25 GHD Sit-ups
5 Muscle Ups
5 Bar Muscle Ups
*4.) Snatch 60/2, 65/2, 70/2×2, 80/2×1
*5.) Snatch Pull 80/3, 85/3, 90/3, 95/1
*6.) Power Jerk 65/2, 70/2, 75/2
*7.) Run 2 miles with vest for time
