The Kaiser

When working on Kip Swings and Handstand Walks today do this stuff:
– Knuckles to the ceiling
– Thumb wrapped around bar
– Keep toes as far away from your head as possible
– Always maintain eye contact with feet, when in superman you will not be able to see them but I want you to keep trying to look at them (thanks tommy schmidt for this gem)
– Don’t kick your feet
– Attempt to stop your kip, hold and then restart the kip without swinging out of control.
– If you find yourself in a dead swing drop off the bar and restart
– Use chalk to mark hips and toes if you’re using the wall for handstand walk practice
– Use rings for kip swings every other time if you wish
– Have fun, you’re all at a giant adult playground!

note: toes pointed and eyes always on toes. 
20m Handstand Walk
note: if unable to walk less than a mat length use the wall to practice holds or walk in to it for 1 minute
2-6 Deadlifts working up to working load for the WOD
2.) The Kaiser 
14 minute AMRAP 
1 Rope Climb 
100m Sprint 
10 Handstand Push-ups 
1 Deadlift 355/250lb 
*3.) C&J  60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/1
*4.) Front Squat 75/5, 80/3, 85/2×2, 90/2
 note: front squat percentage based off of 1rm c&j
