Master's Qualifier Events 2 & 3

Today begins a 4 day online regional Qualifier for our Master’s Athlete Ms. Theresa Rosenquist. Little history on me and T. T was running CF Appleton when I opened CFGB and we met a few times here and there. She ended up qualifying for the 2013 CrossFit Games and came to train with our team while they were prepping for regionals. When the team ended their run I told T she was more than welcome to continue training here and I would love coach her. Well she stayed with us and the rest is history. T has taken care of me and this gym ever since she has called CFGB home. I can never pay you back for all you’ve done for all of us but you have my pledge that I will not stop until you reach your dream of making it back to the games. She currently sits in 36th place and needs to be top 20 to qualify for the big show.

1-rep-max deadlift
2.) Master’s Qualifier Event 3
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
55 double-unders
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 hang power cleans
Men use 155 lb.
Women use 105 lb.
T use 95 lb.

3.) Snatch 60/2, 65/2, 70/2, 75/2, 80/2, 85/3×1
*4.) Clean Pull 80/3, 85/3, 90/3, 95/3
*5.) Power Jerk 65/3, 70/3, 75/2×2
*6.) Squat 75/3, 85/3, 95/3, 100/3
note: tasks 4,5 & 6 percentages are based off of 1rm c&j
