Daylight

Hey who borrowed my orange meter marker? Someone took it in the last 3 weeks and I would kindly like to have it back. On another note we are getting an influx of newbs in the gym so if you happen to see a face you don’t recognize please introduce yourself. I personally am very proud to know you all and would love to share your friendship with all new members of CFGB. I hope you are all enjoying us getting back to our position work. It is really taxing so make sure you are feeding yourselves appropriately so you don’t die before the actual workout. That’s all I got for tonight.
