A2Z

Just a quick note on expectations of you all when establishing 1RM of anything. The only thing we are looking for is that you all give your best effort for the day. If you hit a personal best, great and if not well, so what? There is always tomorrow and the day after that. Someday’s we have it and some we do not. When you have it, go for the gold and when you don’t, just finish the race.

1.) A2Z
14 minute AMRAP
50 Burpees, clap hands behind head while jumping
40 Burpee Box Over 24/20”, step over is allowed both feet must touch box
30 Burpee Pull-up
20 Burpee Muscle Up
10 Burpee Rope Climb
note: clapping of hands is only required for the first 50 burpees
2.) Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds 10 Power Snatch, add load each
round
note: set up for each snatch. not looking to cycle but no extended rest until set is complete
*3.) 12 minutes up the ladder
3 Thrusters 95/65lb
3 cal row
Then
6/6, 9/9, 12/12, 15/15 
*4.) 100 Sledgehammer Swings alternating arms every 10 swings
note: put on a sweatshirt, get outside and do this one. like serious do it.
