Chain Reaction

Joe from Aurora will be in the gym this morning from 6:30-7:45am to check out any tweaks you may have. Please utilize this free service to our members. 
Gymnastics will be at 2:00pm on Fridays starting March 31. This class will continue if it is populated so if you want it to stick show up!  There will no longer be gymnastics on Thursdays at 10:30am. 
This Saturday during the free wod Cassie will be  collecting donations for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Blondes vs. Brunettes flag football game that will take place in May. Everyone is welcome to come and get a great workout and support a great cause. See you all Saturday at 8:15am!

1.) Every 90 seconds 4 Deadlift for 5 rounds, add load each round
2.) Chain Reaction
10 one minute rounds with 1 minute rest in between each round
Run 100m (run door to door around back of building)
Max Effort Power Snatch 115/85lb
note: goal is to not stop moving for the entire minute. pick a load that you can cycle if you cannot cycle 115/85lb
