Mobility Alpha Bravo Charlie

The 21 Day March Challenge begins today. You can sign up throughout the day. The details are below and I know there are a lot of words but if you have any preconceived notions about this challenge please read carefully. This is a cool challenge and I think you should all do it!
21 Day March Challenge
Sign Up
at gym, Please fill in your information and include your email. Sign up until end of day Thursday
Cost 30 dollars: I keep 10 and pay out 20. Place 30 dollars in and envelope and put in money bin on top of water cooler.
Food restrictions none
Food Requirements: You will need to eat 3 balanced paleo zone meals per day per your individual requirements.
Training Requirements: Training at CFGB, 17 of the 21 days. Training can include mobility or specialty classes. Specialty classes include Yoga with T on Sunday’s or 1 on 1 with Jordan to work on your oly game. Exceptions will be made for this rule but you need to get approval prior to doing something different.
Journaling Requirements: You journal needs to be completed each day with the following information: your workout, 3 paleo zone meals and what they consisted of, and any additional food you ate.
Measurement Requirements: Be measured by a same sex coach: at navel, 2” below the navel and around the widest portion of your butt.
My requirements: I will email 17 of the 21 days, I will also be participating in this, my fourth consecutive challenge.
Who will win: If we have over 20 people, we will pay out 3 winners.  If we have under 20, we will pay out 2 places.  Winners will be based off your completed journaling of your food log (attaining the 3 balanced meals) and workouts.  Measurements will also be used as a third component and tie breaker for those that achieve the same results on their logs.
Mission Statement: This challenge is a little different than our last 3. Theothers restricted your food intake: you can’t eat this or this.  This challenge is different as you must eat the food you should be eating: then the rest is up to you. I always yell at you guys for saying the c word but then I go and use it in a challenge that’s supposed to motivate you? So instead of telling you what you can’t do I’m going to do what it is I do best and tell you what you must do to attain success. I wrestle with the hydration portion so I’m just going to let you all choose what you drink as well. I will let you know my feelings on the subject though. We are made up of water. Yes, we are walking fish tanks and we’ve all experienced a fish tank at some point. When it is full with clean water and some healthy fish it is a thing of beauty but let it sit for 3 months you got 1 dead floating fish and the now exposed walls of the tank are dry and crusty. Drink water and lots of it so you are not a dry and crusty walking fish tank. If you want to know my opinion on alcohol just ask and I’ll tell you my story. Is eating food consistently the secret and can I sustain it for 21 days? Sign up and find out.

Tonight at 7 bells we will watch the last open release from Madison. 17.5 release at 7 and gym is open to anyone that wants to give that thing a go. Friday all day and then 1 last go on Sunday at noon.
Have a great Thursday!
