I hope everyone had a great 4th of July! Now it’s back to work and the Granite Games Team Qualifiers are coming up. I believe 3 are released either tonight or Thursday night but we will be doing them as part of our daily programming so do not fret getting them done. There are a lot of teams planning on going this year so if you are on the edge about getting a team together or would like to be a part of a team post below or on our Fb members page and we’ll get you set up with some partna’s!

1.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 6 Split Jerk, add load each round
note: cycling is the name of the game. if you cannot cycle the 6 it’s too heavy

100 Strict Handstand Push-ups
note: all members flip tires and one person works at a time on the rest
5.) 5 minutes max effort Med Ball Russian Twists 20/14lb
note: every time your feet hit the ground 100m Sprint, door to door
