Topple

Granite Games recap #3 is for the Average Bros: made up of Jim, Sal & Tom.  Jim came out of CrossFit retirement to compete one more time before he moves to Boise. They  won their heat for Muscle Ups & Cleans  with Tschampl PRing his Butterly C2B.  Sal impressively got within one pull of a legless ropeclimb  with a should injury.   Tom owned the 225# front squats!  The group was nothing but smiles and jokes…leaving their judges speechless at times. They didn’t finish last in a division that had over 120 teams, and that was a win in their books. 
Thanks for keeping the fun in CrossFit guys!!
I think it should be added that Average Bros brought most of the candy.

1.) 4 Back Squat every 2 minutes for 10 minutes @ approx 70%
2.) Topple
12 minute AMRAP
50 Double Unders
10 Bar Muscle Ups
*3.) Clean 15 reps from blocks @ hang starting at approx 60% working up to 75%
*4.) 5 minutes accumulated front rack hold 225/155lb
note: pull from floor
*5.) 30 seconds on 30 seconds rest for 15 rounds alternating movements every round
