Dog Tags

Yesterday was a great day. We had about 80 athletes complete Murph and the majority of you did it in the pouring rain. This place is very near and dear to my heart and it’s because of each and every one of you that come through these doors every day. Thank you.

5 Snatch 185/125lb
note: If your 1RM Snatch is under 265/175lb use 70% of your 1RM
*2.) 3 Overhead Squat every 2 minutes for 5 rounds @ approx 80%
*3.) Row 10 x 100m Sprint, rest 1 minute between sets ☠️
*4.) Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 @ approx 80%, rest no more than 3 minutes between sets
*5.) 10 minute EMOM
odd: 10 Strict Ring Dips
even: 20 Banded Ring Dips
note: The banded Ring Dips should be done within 30-40 seconds
*6.) 3 rounds 
30 GHD Sit-ups 
1:30 Plank Hold
note: If you come out of a perfect plank position stop accumulating time
