20# wallball / EMOM15: 1 C&J @ 225# / 3x20 strict GHD sit-ups holding (2) 10# plates behind my head / 4 rounds of 1 minute side plank while holding a 30# dumbbell on my hip. (Total of 2 minutes per side). Delicious egg roles for an in-gym post-workout snack!
