EPS

Another successful Ice Bowl went down this last weekend, the 9th installment of this really cool event. Well done JT on the planning and execution of the weekend. Lisa and Kelsey, thank you for keeping the heats and scores up to date with Betsy. Amanda, well done on leading the equipment crew, that clean ladder final had the most equipment changes I think of any workout ever done in the Ice Bowl. Equipment Crew (CFGB Oompa Loompas) I believe the one comment I heard the most was “Next year I’m signing up for the competition, it’ll be easier.” You all did amazing and your professionalism is unmatched in any competition I have witnessed. THANK YOU!  Judges, I know JT and I were barking at you all day and someone was always unsatisfied with something you did, yet you grabbed your clipboard and forged ahead. Judging is a thankless job as well as stress level 11 so on behalf of everyone, THANK YOU! Well done to all the volunteers that took the little jobs no one sees like crowd control & garbage collection. When everything is going well we just don’t think about the why of the situation and just enjoy the going part and for this event the why is you. THANK YOU! Rachel and Carie, thank you for manning the front desk trying to sell us out of everything we had to sell, I may even be able to afford a new pair of shoes now:) 
I think you are all the greatest and I would not trade a single one of you for the world. Congrats everyone on a great Ice Bowl.

*4.) Every 3 minutes 1 Clean -> 1 Hang Clean & Jerk @ 75% for 6 rounds
*5.) 20 minute AMRAP
