2020 Online Qualifier Workout 4

Today is the last workout of the 2020 Online Qualifier. As of Monday evening though the Qualifier officially ended and I want to congratulate Tom and Chuck on a season well done! They both fought hard and stuck to their plans as a coach I couldn’t ask for any more than that. When the dust all settles over the next few days we shall see how well they did competing alongside the 199 fittest men in the world within their age groups.

1.) 2020 Online Qualifier Workout 3
3 rounds for time of:
9 bar muscle-ups
18 toes-to-bars
Time cap: 12 minutes
