Workout 3

Final CrossFit Affiliate Fundraiser workout goes down today. If you are signed up, get all your workouts submitted by the 24th. This week is our PR week, initially slated for a barbell and a ton of weight on for a chance at setting a new personal best, but since PR setting isn’t currently essential, we are going a different route.  A week of PR’S COVID Style will begin Monday.
