A few classic girl workouts on tap this week to compliment our PR week. How much weight can you move in 7 minutes? Go hard until that time runs out.

1.) 7 minutes max effort Dumbbel (kettlebell, barbell) Power Snatch for total weight
note: if you snatch a 50lb dumbbell 100 times in 5 minutes you lifted a total of 5000lb, alternate arms as you wish
