Free WOD today at 8:15am!! It’s time to bring this Community Workout thing back after a 2 plus month hiatus. If you’re interested in checking out a gym that is ready for you, no matter your age or fitness level. You get your butt through the doors and we’ll take care of the rest.
A brand new weightlifting cycle officially begins today. We are looking at hosting a meet later this fall and it is a great time to work on those 2 lifts, Clean & Jerk and Snatch. We have all had a forced reset so let’s make the most of it and train with a new found intention.
