Action
Without a shadow of a doubt the offensive things I have said in these last 10 years at the gym (and the roughly 25 years prior excluding age 0-6 when I’m pretty sure I was very innocent) are way too numerous to count. I try to judge one by ones actions and not ones word as words tend to work way different muscles in many peoples brains. Actions, on the other hand are seen, heard and experienced. Since November 29, 2019 I have quit Copenhagen, News, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and pornography. What I found, is that my life alone and the things within my reach are now in focus and I have lots of work to do. I spent so much time worrying about things way out of my reach that I totally abandoned what was within. Just like CFGB was built enjoy, embrace, dedicate yourself to what is closest and every successful member is a stepping stone to expanding that reach to another human. I choose to operate social interactions off of the computer and phone platforms of social media, and chose instead to socialize with real live humans. Honestly, it has made my life better. Definitely not easier, but just plain better. Come participate in social media real live human to human interaction at CFGB and then when you are done, go do something other than holding a phone in front of your face. Seriously give it a try, you’ll be happy you did.
