Minutes of Balls

If you like to lift weights and sweat a lot come to this gym, we like that too.

Have a great Tuesday!

1.) 30 minutes to establish 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Use no more than 10 reps to get to your PR attempt. Clock will start at 10 minutes after class start and at 30 minutes lifting is DONE so manage your time.

2.) Minutes of Balls 

4 minutes ME WallBalls 20/14lb

1 minute rest

3 minutes ME WallBalls 20/14lb

1 minute rest

2 minutes ME WallBalls 20/14lbi

1 minute rest

1 minute ME WallBalls 20/14lb

Extra credit:

1.) Front Squat – 5 x 3 @ 80% 

2.) Clean Deadlift – 3 x 5 @ 100%
