Orchid

Youth Athletic Development Program begins this Monday with Chuck Brehm. Chuck is a Wisconsin Professional Physical Educator at West DePere High School as well as a CrossFit L1 and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach. He brings a vast knowledge of movement that will benefit your teens in their high school years to well beyond. Classes meet every Monday and Thursday from 10:15 – 11:15 AM. Please contact us via email, phone or just stop in. Cost is $150 for the 8 week program that runs until Labor Day.

1.) EMOM for 8 minutes 3 Snatch TnG
Note: choose a weight you are able to full snatch 3 touch and go reps
2.) Orchid
AMRAP in 12 minutes.
5 UB Wallball Shots 20/14lb
10 UB Wallball Shots
15 UB Wallball Shots
20…
25….
30…..
35………….
Must set the Wallball down and restart after each level. Any pause will be failure of set. Once failure has been reached do 5 burpees and start over with 5
Extra credit:
1.) 7 min. alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock & Superman
Holds if unable to rock
2.) 5 x 25 UB Double Unders, rest as needed
Cap at 7 minutes
3.) Split Jerk from blocks 5 x 2, Heavier than prior
Drop to blocks after 1st rep and immediately reset, rest 90 sec.
