Saddle

Today begins our first Summer Youth Athletic Development Program with the one and only Mr. Chuck Brehm. Class begins at 10:15am and there is still time to get your teens (11-17) in to the class. Just show up 15 minutes prior and we’ll take care of you. Info in the News & Events Tab above.
Summer is heating up and the gym will be getting hotter and hotter so make sure your are getting and staying hydrated throughout the day. There is nothing better than sweating more sweat than you knew was possible to sweat! Ahhhh sweet sweaty summer at CFGB, is there anything better?

1.) 3 x 10 UB Front Squat, every 2 minutes. Heavier than prior
UB means no pause on top
2.) Saddle

9 Box Jumps 24/20”
Extra credit:

13 Reverse Hyper
7 GH Raise
2.) Tabata Burpee Muscle ups, 8 rounds
