Suds

New fun thing today. I took a picture of our favorite B-Hart doing the Deficit Bulgarian Split Squat for you all to see below. Work on keeping your core nice and engaged for these, you will tip over otherwise. I know I tipped over a few times yesterday working on them.
Have a great Wednesday!

1.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes 7 Deficit Bulgarian Split Squat with Dumbbell Right/Left, add load as necessary
2.) Suds
3 rounds
27 Wallballs 20/14lb
27 Pull-ups
*3.) Every 1:30 for 5 rounds complete Clean Complex:
3 Clean Extension from Hang -> 1 Power Clean -> 1 Split Jerk, start around 60% working up to heavy
*4.) Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes 5 Overhead Squat @ 60%
*5.) 30 GHD Sit-ups
3 minute Plank
20 GHD Sit-ups
2 minute Plank
10 GHD Sit-ups
1 minute Plank
