Girls, Girls, Girls

Today in honor of Labor Day, we will labor together in true CrossFit fashion. Beginning at 9:15am the “Girl” WOD partner Marathon will begin and will run until 11:15am. We will pick a “Girl” WOD from the bucket and complete it, once everyone is done we will go back to the bucket and pick the next one and continue this for 2 hours. We will have approximately 10-15 minutes between workouts as to get set up for each workout. Teams of 2, 3 or 4 is fine as well as individual if you so please. Work can be split up however the team wishes unless specified.
Come and join us for a fun morning of labor. If you don’t have a partner don’t worry we will take care of you. The official start time of the workouts will be 9:15am but you are able to join at any time as workouts will be starting frequently. Doors open at 9am and lights out at 12pm
Tonight at 5:15pm we will be starting our first class of the fall session of our Youth Athletic Development Program. We are kicking it off with a free class and you will be able to sign up afterwards. All the details can be found in the News & Events tab.
