Principal Max Anderson

Strategy is the key to success in this work out. Only use a little bit of leg assistance on the Push Press, just to help pop the bar overhead.
You could break this up into 5 rounds of 20 reps each, 10 rounds of 10, or maybe 4 rounds of 25.
Reps do not need to be broken up evenly, so you can vary your plan to suit your style!

Strength/Skill:
15 min Chest to Bar Pullup practice
-Work on pinching shoulder blades down and back
-Focus on lat activation to string sets, not singles

Metcon:
Accumulate 100 Reps Each of
Push Press
Front Squat
Back Rack Lunges
-Empty 45/35lb barbell
-Reps can be accumulated in any order/manner
