Did all of crossovers except one set capped at 27! First time doing them so super happy. OH squat @ 65# (hang power snatch position had no pulling on belly vs from the floor felt pulling). BS: 5 x 6 @ 100, 100, 105, 105, 105#. Felt good and easy today
