12 Bar Facing Burpees
-Add 2 reps to the BFB each round if you were successful
-Scale to a weight you can do unbroken
-It is NOT expected that you are successful for all 5 rounds, but do your best to make it as far as you can.
-You may choose to stop after you fail your round, or continue with less reps and just work during the time
