It is Saturday once again and as usual we are hosting our free community WOD. If you’re interested in checking out CrossFit Green Bay this is your opportunity. Be here at 8:00am and we’ll get started at 8:15am. 
I want to wish Brooke Robinson good luck today as she is getting hitched to the man that swept her off of her feet. Congrats Josh and Brookie on your wedding day.

1.) Every 90 sec. for 5 rounds
1 Snatch 3 Overhead Squats, add load each round
2.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes
1 Clean 3 Split Jerks, add load each round
