1.) Every 2:30 minutes for 15 minutes 3 Partner Deadlift. Add load each round
2.) StarCluster
2 Person Teams
3 rounds 
800m Run (alternate every 200m and it is a SPRINT)
30 Dumbbell Thrusters 45/35lb (alternate every 5)
10 Bar Muscle Ups (alternate every 2)
*3.) 2 Person Team
5 rounds for time
5 Tire Flips 
20 cal Assault Sprint (alternate at 10 cal)
100m Sled Pull 3x45lb/2x45lb
Note: sled pull is door to door, alternate pulling as needed
*4.) 100 Partner GHD Sit-Ups for time (alternate every 10)
