Thrusters: 12 UB, 5-4, 6 UB / Bar MUs fell apart quickly, so I did singles / 255# C&J felt great! / Bench Press: 5@135, 5@185, 5@205, 3@225, 3@235, 1@245, 1@255#. Then 5@225, 205, and 185#.
