Workout 2

The second workout in the CrossFit Affiliate Fundraiser is upon us. You can still sign up for this fundraiser at any time, all 3 workouts are not due until April 24th. You can sign up here
Brand new hats are up on the store for preorder. The pre-order will run through next Sunday, April 19th and should be available for pick-up/delivery April 27th.

1.) Workout 2
For time:
100 double-unders
21 burpees
75 double-unders
15 burpees
50 double-unders
9 burpees
Time cap: 15 minutes 
*2.) Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes 1 Back Squat @ 90%
Note: if you’re feeling it, attempt a pr after round 3 
*3.) EMOM for 10 minutes
Odd: 2 Wall Climb
Even: 30 second Handstand Hold
