Beep Beep

The greatest sporting event in all times since before human creation, The majestic awe inspiring Beer Mile is back for another Bi-Annual Beer Mile, Summer edition this coming July 4th at high noon. New to this summers Beer Mile is the Women’s Rx is now an 8oz Budweiser and the Men’s will remain the same at 12oz cold Budski’s. Everyone is welcome, family and friends alike. Run the mile then stick around afterwards for a cookout and pool party. Doesn’t get any more America than that!

3.) Snatch – 2 x 1 @ 75%, 2 x 1 @ 80%, 3 x 1 @ 85%, 1 x 1 80%
